Possess legal and valid subject qualification documents: Enterprise entities shall hold a compliant and valid business license, and public institutions shall hold a legal person certificate for public institutions; their business/operation scope shall be relevant to the conference theme and in compliance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations.

Enjoy a good corporate reputation: Maintain normal business/operation status, with no records of major illegal or irregular acts, no information of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust, no bad reputation or negative impact in the industry and society, and no circumstances that damage the brand image of the conference.

Comply with content review and filing requirements: All relevant content to be carried out during the conference, such as booth displays and publicity promotions, shall be submitted in written form to the conference organizing committee in advance for review and filing, and can only be implemented upon approval. Any revision to the content shall be resubmitted for review; content that has not been reviewed or approved shall not be released or displayed during the conference.
